We are excited to announce that DDA will now be offering the Senior Swans ballet program, a wonderful initiative originally founded by Kathleen Curwen-Walker L.C.B.A. in 2014. Kathleen created this program in New Zealand with the vision of providing seniors with the opportunity to experience ballet in a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment. Her "Ballet Initiation Course" has since become a proven pathway, helping seniors of all backgrounds—from beginners to those returning after many years—develop strong ballet foundations while gracefully progressing into a genuine ballet experience.

We are thrilled to be able to bring this remarkable program to our community. Our team is committed to offering the same warm and nurturing environment that the Senior Swans program is known for, ensuring our senior students enjoy the confidence and grace that ballet brings, all while staying true to the core principles of the original program.
